A Green Gossip and the PIP-POP Awards

Good morning breakfastpoppers. Today is January 10, 2012 and it is time for the 63rd weekly presentation of the coveted PIP-POP Awards. Let's prepare our traditional liquid breakfast, don our top hats and boas and head for the theater.
This morning we will be mixing up a Green Gossip. You will need 2 ounces of grape vodka, 1 ounce of melon liqueur, a splash of pineapple juice and a orange wedge for garnish. Mix ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange wedge. Walk over to the theater and whatever you do, don't spill your breakfast!
Welcome one and all. Let's begin this morning's festivities by inviting a representative from a Virginia school district for defending a song supposedly written (really?) and performed by a group of third graders about the Occupy Wall Street Movement. The song was aptly entitled "Part of the 99." This incident seems like a page right out of the Hitler Youth Movement. Send your child to school a proud American and see him return at three a proud Occupy Wall Street protester who hates the rich and this nation. Take this POP back to Virginia. Why not leave now?
Our second POP award of the morning has House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi's name engraved on it. Welcome Ms. Pelosi. This POP is for you for telling the nation just how comfortable you are with President Obama's latest nullification of Congress. You also said it was okay with you if the president ran on an anti Congress platform. Of course the war he will wage will be against House Republicans and clearly that tickles you pink. The streets of San Francisco are calling you. They want you to come home permanently and help them lead a more complete life. I think you should heed their plea.
I have only one more POP to present this morning so please try and bear with me. Will ABC news commentator George Stephanopoulos please come up to the stage to accept your POP? Your demeanor at the last Republican debate was completely unprofessional. You attacked the candidates like a rabid dog and you did so without justification. You ruined the entire evening because your bias was all over you like a cheap suit.
Moving along, let's get into PIP territory. Please welcome New Jersey Governor Chris Christie to the stage. Well, Governor, you did it again. You handled an Occupy Wall Street heckler in your usual straightforward manner. When the protesters chanted " Mitt Kills Jobs" you stepped a little closer to them and said, "Really? Something may go down here tonight, but it's not going to be jobs, sweetheart." I've said it before and I'll say it again, "I wish you were running."
Our last award of the morning is a PIP and it bears the name of Sen. Marco Rubio on it. Thank you Senator for writing a letter to President Obama that said that more and more people are coming to believe that America is a deadbeat nation. Your promise to challenge any further increase in the debt ceiling was very reassuring, since it is apparent that most of Congress is asleep at the wheel.
Well time certainly flies when you are slightly inebriated and having fun. Let's raise our Green Gossips on high and toast all the "winners". Until we meet again next week. PIP, PIP HOORAY...POP GOES THE WEASELS...

First kudos for the worthy Pip recipients. The Governor and Senator are fine examples of American leadership.
I particularly like the Pops to the Lying Liberals in the Va. schools and to Clintons ex attack chihuahua Georgie.
Too bad it only happened this morning or Debbie (failed her Wasserman) Schultz would be a shoe-in for denying she took Romney out of context when he was talking about choosing insurance when he made the "firing" comments. She listened to the comments on Fox and Friends and wouldn't admit the obvious truth.

I did hear all the ridiculous chatter about what Romney said and I have to say, if anyone found fault with his words it's because they are stupid! See you at the Inn. Our country is definitely falling apart and I want to be in the company of friends who I respect and trust.
POP: What an awards ceremony! It was great! What we need is real change in our country - like Christie and Rubio! Now that's change.
The VA school system and the teacher in paticular should be suspended for these actions. As for Pelosi, she really needs to retire. George Stephanopoulus should never be the moderator of a debate again. He is another examply of media bias. If he cannot be fair, then he should not be working at the debate.

Great awards ceremony. The Hitler Youth Schol District in Va deserved their POP. Pelosi must go; I cannpt stand to see the best of Botox on my TV anymore. Can't talk about the dems anymore. Socialism is alive and working like a bad case of termite infestation in the walls of America. One only has to look about them to see witness of it. I for one would have never believed so many Americans could be sold such a sham of an existence but I was wrong. Four more yeas of Obama and the tomb will be sealed for democracy, capitalism, and constitutional governance. That I have not doubts about. The time is now for the conservatives in Congress to get vocal and register their objections with the American people...again, and again, and again until it is clearly heard. If conservatism ever needed a spine, it is in the present yet I fear the only thing we will hear is silence. WB

Ahhhh .. Nancy Freaking Pelosi. I think this old hag is sloshed on her own wine by 10 am every day. I just can't get enough of this old scarlet. Giant entertainment! You can listen and watch with great anticipation as she says things like "Everday we don pass this "burp" jshob bill, five hunerd million Mercans lose their jshobs" .. Or, "Ladies and genelman, "hickup" Is offishul. The replubcans have ended medicare". Then there's the visual joy of watching her skin slowly move south like iceburgs before our very eyes.
Sorry sis, you pointed out the crucial things that folks need to see. I just point at what I see.

Personally, I think the nation has gone mad. Moderators who are biased and attack, a Congresswoman who thinks it's great that the president nullify her and her pals, and a school district that thinks it's cool to subvert our children. Right now the Republicans are way to busy slamming each other to get to the nitty gritty of our problems, Congress is sleeping and might as well go into permanent recess and Obama is campaigning like mad on our dime. I'm using your comments box to practice my new Dragon speech to text toy. Once I get the hang of it, this should help me immensely due to the fact that I type like a two-year-old. It takes a while to learn how you talk, and since I talked wrong to begin with, it's got his work cut out for it. I'm curious if that teacher in Virginia is the same one who had those children sign the Obama jingle? I'll have to check it out. Public schools should not be in the business of brain washing our children but we wee what we see. Schools need to be returned to the purview of the states and maybe some of that BS would stop. Abolish the Department of Education!
I'm glad I got here late because I barf a bit anymore whenever I even hear the witches name. I had to listen to the press conference, by necessity mainly to see what a complete idiot had to say, and was amazed that she thinks it's perfectly fine for Obama to once again ignore the US Constitution. Look POP, the people of her district obviously don't want her to come home because they keep sending her back and away from them. Of course, being the Pork Queen that she is, it makes her at least a useful idiot.
Stephanopoulos is a Democratic party hack too and always has been. When a Dem leaves the Whine House after a tenure they either become a lobbyist or commentator for the Lame Stream Media. That's the nature of the beast.
Christie needs to be drafted into being the nominee at the Republican convention. That would shock the world and have Obama all tongue tied for sure, or at least his teleprompter would be.

Just for the record Larry is a happy man! I would be a very happy woman if Christie were to run. Right now I feel let down and a bit bored. I never looked at San Fran the way you just did. If they don't want Pelosi back then sending her to Washington is a perfect plan. I would love a Christie/Rubio ticket. I'm just wondering if it could be a Romney/Christie ticket. Up and Awesome as usual POP - Sen Rubio has it pegged the rest are real clowns like the one that jumps out of the Pop goes the weasel toy. No matter how many times they POP you still get the same result. You lost me on the drink though all after grape vodka got set aside after the first shot, I'm weavin to the Inn and saving seats.
